The place is amazing—spectacular and right on Lake Como. The heated infinity pool stays sunny all day, and you can also swim in the lake. The room offers incredible views, and the food is fantastic; the vegetarian fixed‑course menu at Al Lago was honestly one of the best meals I've ever had, even though I'm not a vegetarian. The staff were truly incredible—very nice and clearly enjoy their jobs.

Almost everything is amazing: the staff’s attention and hospitality, having the same team for over five years shows they’re happy and the management is satisfied, the detail orientation, a super comfortable check‑in, the valet guys even washed my car on request, the pool temperature is excellent, and the room’s atmosphere and contemporary design are exceptional.
