“Excellent family stay – outstanding service and allergy care”

We enjoyed a fantastic family stay at Alila Diwa Goa, especially with our young kids. The staff’s care for our son’s nut allergy was outstanding—every team member knew his restrictions and went the extra mile to prepare safe meals, making us feel secure. The chefs and restaurant staff took his allergy seriously and served excellent food, which really enhanced our holiday. The pool was another highlight, offering a great spot for the whole family to unwind. Special thanks to Jisnu at Spice Restaurant, Chef Amit, Chef Keerath, Aditi, Priston, and Frederic at Vivo Restaurant, and Adarsh the lifeguard for their exceptional service. Housekeeping was the only area that slipped sometimes; hand soap and shower gel weren’t always restocked, but the team fixed it quickly whenever we mentioned it.

The property was gorgeous, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, but the staff truly made the trip memorable, especially for our 7‑year‑old. Everything else was perfect—no complaints.

The staff were friendly, the club rooms and Vivo breakfast were solid, but the club pool wasn’t a true open‑air jacuzzi—it felt more like jets that stopped working for two days. I was disappointed by the chai pani, which I had been looking forward to, and the sundowner drinks were okay while the snacks fell short.
