The price‑to‑value ratio was spot on and the staff were genuinely friendly and quick to help, so I’d definitely recommend this place. The only downside was the noise at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was solid, plus the staff were really attentive. However, we only got one duvet for three people and had to wait for towels to be washed and delivered, which was inconvenient.

The shower was constantly leaking and the shower enclosure felt cramped, making the bathroom experience uncomfortable. Nothing else stood out as positive.
