The location is great and the staff is friendly. The showers were not that clean; I found hair from previous guests in the shower.

“Excellent location, friendly staff and clean rooms”

The location was spot‑on, just a stone’s throw from the train station and tram lines, and there were plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were super friendly, making check‑in and check‑out smooth, and they even let us leave a bit later. The room was cleaned daily, and the candy bar was a nice touch. The downside was that the room was quite small; I expected a few more hooks or a way to move things off the single stool. The shower door only opened outward and left no room for a bathmat, and we couldn’t switch from the rainforest shower to a regular shower head.

“Great city break”

The rooms were fantastic and the hotel itself had a cool, retro‑modern vibe; it’s right next to Chapel St, so getting around by tram or train is a breeze, and there are great restaurants, cafés, and shops right outside the door. I can’t find any flaws.
