मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
Sanyo-so is a unique place with a beautiful garden and a great Onsen. The food is fantastic. Likewise, the staff was very helpful and kind. It is an ideal place for a tea ceremony, so I ask you to consider this possibility and establish a tea house

The garden is nice. I appreciate the historic character and value of this classic property, but it simply wasn’t my style. The arrival process felt intimidating, with staff waiting and directing us to a very specific parking spot instead of just pointing to the designated area. I was surprised that breakfast couldn’t be slightly adapted to something more Western—there was no simple fruit and coffee option. Breakfast could only be taken at a set time, and we had to choose between 8:00 or 8:30. Overall, I felt there were too many rules and too much formality for a place where guests are supposed to relax. The atmosphere felt almost military at times, and I know what I’m talking about, having grown up around that environment. I’m sure this style works well for some guests, but it made it difficult for me to fully relax and enjoy the stay.

It was very quiet, spacious and I felt completely relaxed. I was pleased with the building and the room’s interior, which both had a genuine, high‑quality feel. Unfortunately I was unlucky and couldn’t use the women’s communal bath, but I still enjoyed the open‑air bath and the bathroom in my room, so the inconvenience wasn’t a big issue.

It was peaceful, with a private onsen, a spacious room, yukatas in several sizes, a stream running past the hotel, high quality, and staff who were kind and always ready to help; the gourmet menu was superb both morning and evening, and the view offered a true haven for rest. The only downside was that the mattresses were too firm.

An incomparable experience. The meals were not to our taste.
