Hosteria Lago Sur

The apartment is nice and the beds were comfortable! When I showered, the water instantly filled the tub and the shower head clogged, flooding the bathroom. I reported it and was told someone would fix it, but no one came. I went down to the kitchen to look for a cleaner, but there wasn’t one, so I had to use a broom to drain it; it wasn’t fully cleared.

I was in the right spot right next to the bus terminal, the rooms were roomy, the shower was solid and the bathroom was comfortable, the heating worked well and the TV was fine. It was a good place to unwind.

“No era lo que esperaba”

The place is well located. There was no heating, so we had to sleep with the heater off and it was very cold. Hot water in the shower didn't come out. The woman who was supposed to give us the key never responded to fix the issues. They charge you, but the facilities and guest service are very bad.

“Suficiente”

We only communicated via messages. No one from the hotel was available to answer any questions.

The only good thing about this place was its proximity to the bus terminal, but that's where the positives end. When we arrived, there was no one to check us in, just a sign on the door. We had to call and wait for someone to show up and let us in - it was clear they weren't ready for guests and didn't have any staff on site. It felt like they were going to leave us alone there with no one around, so we ended up having to cancel our reservation and find somewhere else to stay.
