The room smelled bad, there was no Wi‑Fi, the phone extension didn't work, coffee was served in a broken cup, and the washbasin in the bathroom was broken. Even though I had booked beforehand and told the management, the room wasn't ready for a long time. Also, the walk‑in rate was almost 50 % lower than the booked rate, which was very disturbing. The tea I ordered tasted like boiled water.

The only thing good was the location. I feel they are using the name but not meeting the Shingrila standard.

I booked and when i reached there they said they dont have my booking in the system and refused to give me my room. I left stranded with my family on the road and no one was there to facilitate. The furniture shown was old and not what we expected. There was no proper Wi‑Fi, and breakfast was poor, with expired bread.
