I loved this place – great value, a nice room, and the services were commendable. Most staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful, but a few openly ask for tips right in front of the concierge desk, making guests feel pressured rather than giving tips voluntarily. Management should address this and find professional ways to discourage such behavior so guests never feel uncomfortable.

The location, service, room size, staff, and food were all good. However, the bath towels could be better, and the toilet buckets and mugs look too old. There was some dampness in the walls, but it wasn’t a major issue.
