“Overall good”
The support and behaviour were positive, yet the room size, location, and surroundings left something to be desired.

Location close to US consulate. Cleanliness is below standard, air-conditioning was not effective. Room did not have basic items like towel. I selected a late checkout price option app. I was eligible for checkout at 1.30 pm as per the app. However hotel front office informed that max checkout time cannot be more than 12pm. I have been charged and option not provided

I didn't experience any positives, and the staff seemed indifferent to customers.
