The receptionist was very kind and even lent me her adapter to charge my phone, which was the only thing I liked about the hostel. The cleanliness was almost non‑existent; the floor of the room was sticky, the bed was barely made, and no one came to change the sheets after guests left, so I wondered if they had even changed mine. The windows are wide with no roller blinds, so daylight floods in and you either have to wake up early or wear something over your eyes to sleep. There are no towels listed on the website, and they don’t rent or sell them; you must bring your own. They also lack adapters or lockers to rent or sell, and even if you bring your own locker, there’s nowhere to use it. You have closets to store your stuff, but there’s no guaranteed protection, unlike other European hostels where you can lock your own drawer. The bathroom is outside the room, in a corridor, and there are only two for the whole corridor, so it’s hard to know how it was when men were using the wrong spot. The bed wasn’t comfortable either. And in summer, they don’t even have a fan—just a simple ventilator or fan would help; no AC. With the wide glass windows, be prepared to feel like you’re frying inside.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Gute und ruhige Lage, aber wirklich heruntergekommene Zimmer. Kein Wasser in den Duschen und sehr dreckig insgesamt.
