The hotel was pet‑friendly and everything—room, bathroom, and common areas—was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, and the server, who happened to be from my hometown, was especially kind and greeted us with a smile while we chatted about the winters in NY. No complaints at all.

I found the bed sheets dirty and apparently not changed; when I asked the front desk for fresh sheets, no one was available to swap them, so I had to fetch clean sheets and change them myself. I didn’t expect to have to do that.

Everything was great: the staff were friendly, rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, and breakfast was very good. The pillows were too large, so I bought my own for $10. It takes about 5‑10 minutes to reach ECU and other nearby spots. The only downsides were the oversized pillows and the lack of parking on a busy night.
