The room is pretty and the hotel is in a good location. I wish they’d clearly explain that the card details are only for the reservation, as the app implies online payment, but upon arrival you have to pay in cash or transfer at reception. The man at reception is very despotic and rude, gets angry over payment details from Booking, and instead of clarifying, scolds and yells at you. He also annoys you by “taking time” to verify that the card wasn’t charged and makes you lose time. The room had an extra charge for extending check‑out, which was already included in the reservation, yet he was still upset. He treated me, a woman, terribly, while he was a bit more accommodating to other men.

Everything very clean and reception staff very friendly. The bed is a little bit hard, but nothing major.

The receptionist was attentive and very pretty, by the way.
