The view of the Nile and the colors of the building are beautiful. The staff were extremely kind and fulfilled every request for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The village tour was also wonderful. The apartment could use a little more cleaning, but it’s worth staying a few days.

They charge reasonable prices, cook on menu requests, and even made chicken for our dog. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It is a rural, traditional Nubian village with some wild dogs. The TV is old‑fashioned and there is no Wi‑Fi, so bring your own broadband.

On the Nile, simple but lovingly detailed paintings, good food, breakfast included, comfortable beds, and dogs are accepted. There is no Wi‑Fi, the TV is old‑fashioned, and there are no shampoo or conditioner, though towels are provided.
