“Bloody freezing room.”

The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean, but there was no heating because the radiators weren’t working or weren’t turned on, so we were given a portable heater which we needed as it was freezing; the electricity was cut off at 7am for no reason, and the curtains were hanging off.

Getting there was a breeze, and the signs were clearer than the listing suggested. The sheets were spotless, and I appreciated the shower gel and hand wash. The late/self‑serve check‑in and check‑out were exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the heating and most of the power outlets were dead, so I had to buy extra toilet paper for two nights and the shower was only lukewarm. I couldn’t get the Wi‑Fi password to work on any of the available networks.

I had a fantastic solo stay at Park Road Guest House in Blackpool and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The self-check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free, making everything easy from the moment I arrived. Charley was very communicative before and during my trip. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. It was the perfect base for my trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Blackpool. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!. Lovely helpful staff Very clean Warm Free parking Fresh bedding and towels Quite location so not loud at night Tv with Internet. Room need Slightly modernised
