The room was a decent size with a basic bathroom, and the owner Randy was incredibly friendly and helpful—he even gave us an extra blanket and arranged a guide for our tea plantation tour. We stayed during the monsoon, so everything felt a bit moldy.

The hotel sits in the city center yet stays away from the main roads and noise; the room was clean, comfortable, and functional, and they supplied a kettle, tea, coffee, and cups. The owner was available and helped us book a bus to our next destination. The only downside was a few unpredictable power cuts affecting the neighborhood.
