“Amazing staff and location”
It’s very close to Wet n Wild, but the rooms need some updates.

The hotel is close to Wet n Wild, but the rooms were dirty, the staff were rude, there was not enough access to necessities, and it felt pricey for the value.

Everything was truly great.

The beds had no clean linen and there were chips under the blankets from previous stays; the pillows had hair from other guests; the bathroom had plumbing issues and the front desk didn’t answer the phone even after multiple attempts; the bathtub had cracks and the towels smelled awful.

The tub was backed up and clogged, and the AC in room 224 didn’t work.
