“Super Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder:)”

We had a wonderful stay – we’ll definitely come back! From the first moment we felt completely at ease. The rooms were very clean, beautiful, and stylishly decorated – a hotel where both young and old can feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet with a view of the Prater was simply fantastic! (Except for the staff). We spent five nights here and would return anytime! We especially loved the location: strolling through the Prater in the evening was just great! Absolutely recommended! The reception staff were super friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, we couldn’t say the same about the breakfast buffet staff. They seemed consistently unmotivated and to get a cup of coffee you almost had to beg. We found that really disappointing! We stayed five nights and during that time our room was never cleaned. For a one or two‑night stay we understand and even appreciate that for environmental reasons. For five nights we would have expected the room to be cleaned once after about three days. The Prater gets a bit quiet around 22:00, but that didn’t bother us much – just a small note for future guests!

“Cooles Hotel”

Ein tolles Hotel mit coolem Style. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich. Alles war gut organisiert. Ein Drink in der Roof Top Bar mit Sicht auf den Prater ist echt ein Erlebnis. Bessere Frühstückoptionen wären nett gewesen und natürlich ist es auch wegen der Nähe zum Prater nachts etwas laut
