Holiday Inn Express Olean by IHG

“All in all, a nice stay!”

The hotel was very clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent, and Irene was a sweetheart! However, there is no vent in the bathroom, the shower stall door doesn’t fit tightly, the rooms are too small, and the flush is incredibly loud—one can even hear other rooms when it’s used.

“Great place and wonderful staff!”

I appreciated that they assigned me a handicap room without making me feel like a nuisance, but I struggled to figure out how to turn the heat on.

“Very clean and spacious accomodations”

The newly renovated property had very clean, spacious rooms, breakfast was great, and Irene, who worked at breakfast, was a sweetheart! The downside is the lack of a bathroom vent and the toilet’s flush makes an incredibly loud noise.

Breakfast was very good, the location was convenient, and the staff were perfect, but we didn’t like the pillows at all—they were too firm.

Did not get the room a I asked for. Was over priced. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. No ice machine on 1st floor. Key card did not work at back patio area and locked us out. The fire pit did not work. Hotel manager was not helpful and rude. Won't stay at another Holiday Inn express again. The continental breakfast. Not much else
