The host was very supportive when I had trouble getting into the place, and the view from the 9th floor was impressive. Breakfast at the nearby bar was included, and the linens were clean. However, the communication could be improved: the messages were long and repetitive, making it hard to find key details quickly. I also found the stairs a bit old and the walls peeling, so I’d recommend taking the elevator to the well‑maintained floor where the accommodation is located.

Nothing special, just awful. The pictures didn’t match at all; it was a roof terrace flat with three separate rooms and a shared kitchen, not a single unit as we thought. When we arrived, three “house workers” were there, and a carpenter had the broken lock, tools, and parts stacked on the mattress. We had paid in advance, so we couldn’t cancel. We received towels, but only a decorative throw for the bed, no blanket. The shower was unusable for long because the drain didn’t work and the tray filled with water after a few minutes. The breakfast—just a croissant and coffee—was actually given at a café on the other street with a coupon. The flat was on the 9th floor; the elevator only held two people and moved very slowly because it was old. The tap was loose, the toilet was slanted, and it felt like it could fall out of place.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Great location near the Sapienza University, within walking distance from the station, and the area stays calm even at night. Nothing to complain about.

The room is very cozy and having a kitchen available is super convenient. The building’s location is very quiet.
