The staff were friendly and the price was great for a family of four, especially for surfers looking for a perfect stay. The setting was quiet, peaceful, and had a relaxed vibe, though the place felt a little dusty, probably due to nearby construction.

The staff at Medewi Secret Surf Camp were genuinely friendly and always smiling, living up to the "good vibes only" motto. The place was very comfortable, and the living room was perfect for a lazy nap after surfing or a Netflix night. It felt like home. The team handled all practical details—from arranging my airport transfer to renting a scooter and setting up surf lessons—making the trip easy and stress‑free, and it’s definitely a place worth returning to.

The crew were absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere was great. Everyone, including the owner, did their best to create a decent environment despite limited resources in West Bali. When things broke, the team reacted quickly, stayed positive, and found a way to keep the good vibes alive. All the staff are also skilled local surfers, so you can make friends and enjoy the surf trip. The only small wish was for a bit more lighting in the room and bathroom, but I understand the power supply limits and that extra lights might cause a trip, so no worries.
