The hotel is still under renovation, and once finished it will look even better. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a faucet problem in the shower, but it was fixed the same day we reported it. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, and the room appliances were very quiet. The closet was too small, and late‑night noise from other guests was annoying.

“Decent but not up to par with other Hampton Inns”

The room was clean. The hotel was under construction, and the breakfast didn't match what I had expected from previous stays at Hampton Inns.

“Uncomfortable”

The room was acceptable, but bugs appeared when I arrived. Bugs were also in the pool area, and the pool had closed earlier than the posted Thursday‑night schedule. When I complained, the manager claimed I had bugs in my house, which I didn't, and he treated it as a minor issue. I was uncomfortable for the rest of my stay.

The hotel was undergoing extreme renovation, so the pool and exercise room were closed, which wasn't mentioned on the website. Even though the hotel confirmed my price with , I was charged a higher rate at checkout. The renovations caused a smell, paint fumes, plastic on hallway floors, and the exercise and pool areas were closed.
