The room was a mess, with stains on the walls and sheets, so I checked out within an hour of arrival.

“SCAM!!! Avoid this property. I was charged twice and never received the promised refund”

SCAM ALERT!!! I was charged twice for my reservation: once and a second time through a Hostify payment link sent by the property. After noticing the duplicate charge, I contacted the hotel and was assured that I would receive a refund for the extra payment. However, the refund was never processed. I called again to follow up and confirmed that the refund had not been credited to my account. Despite their previous promises, they still failed to process the refund. Be very careful when booking with this property. Based on my experience, they charged me twice and did not honor their commitment to refund the duplicate charge. SCAM ALERT!!! The location is great, and I appreciate the concept: people come only to sleep, which is why the rooms are really small, but the basics were provided. My towel had ugly stains on it. It wasn’t clear who was supposed to make the coffee—no instructions on whether staff would start the coffee maker or it was the client’s responsibility. The shower room needs renovation, it was too warm in the room, and I had no control over the AC.

I love the location, but this place is the dirtiest I've ever stayed in. The grime isn’t just surface level; it’s months of unwashed filth everywhere. I can’t fathom how a site like booking could list something like this.
