“It served it's purpose”

The staff were genuinely friendly, and the location was decent, but they never gave us dishes or pans. They let animals on the second floor, and the smell of dogs and trash was awful; there was a trash closet on the floor that gave off a terrible odor when you walked up. Cleaning only happened every 14 days, so we had to handle our own trash and towels. Breakfast was limited to coffee, oatmeal, tea, and muffins, so I wouldn’t stay there again.

The service was good, but the food was lacking. Sometimes there was a little hunger at night, maybe because the machine was broken; I’m not sure.

“Will never go back!”

The only redeeming factor of this Extended Stay was the kind gentlemen who checked us in, but otherwise there was nothing else. We arrived to find the room unsanitary and run down, with something on each bedspread that made it impossible to sleep. The bathroom, unit, and bedding had not been cleaned. Food in the fridge and filth in the microwave were present, and the stove was ancient and rusted. We showered in flip‑flops and left early the next morning to find other accommodations for the 20th. It’s clear that the Extended Stay we once considered a home away from home has turned into a live‑in or halfway house. We would appreciate the lodging company lodging its own complaints on our behalf and issuing us a full refund. Thank you.

“Horrible, but staff was great”

The convenience of the location compared to where I needed to be was a plus, but there was a horrible smell on the third floor that lasted the entire time I was there and was nauseating.

The manager Jill was sweet and friendly, doing her best with what she had. The location was good.
