Luxury and traditional NYC style with little to no crowds. The sheets and towels are supersoft. The only issue is there’s no breakfast with fruits and good options, no service to order specials—apparently they’re losing money here because there’s nothing good to buy around the hotel, even though it’s on Delmonico’s Street, which isn’t a walkable area.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet area was packed, so we couldn’t get breakfast; we were later told there was extra seating, but no staff asked us. The cost is too high. I only stayed because my sister booked there.

The only real perk of this place is how close it is to lower Manhattan’s sights, but there are no on‑site facilities and the breakfast is awful.
