The property stayed spotless and every meal was fantastic; the staff were top‑class, especially concierge Michelle who made the stay even better—ask for her. No issues; we stayed in the corner suite, which is honestly the best suite on the property—highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

The pools, food, and events were great, but our reservation promised direct pool access without passing the hallway where everyone congregated, and children were not allowed in the bar after 10 pm.

The staff were attentive, the food very good, the setting pleasant, the room quite spacious, and the team responded quickly to the two small issues we had in the room. However, the kids’ water area was in very poor condition, which is a shame, and the beach was tiny and dirty.

The pools, pool bars, and daily activities were enjoyable, but the all‑inclusive plan excluded a certain pool that you can’t access, and you’re only told about it when you try to get in.
