The view was incredible, the room was very good and clean, and the staff were polite and helped with the luggage since we stayed on a high floor with no elevator. The pool wasn’t clean, kids screamed for hours after evening time, the phone wasn’t working, and no one was at reception most of the time.

Central Hills Pù Luông Resort offers a stunning natural setting that’s peaceful and pure; the rooms are clean and comfortable with an impressive view of the terraced fields. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. It’s an ideal place to rest, relax, and enjoy the beauty of Pù Luông, Thanh Hóa. I have nothing to complain about; the holiday was very comfortable and left many good impressions.
