The staff were excellent.

The front desk lady was nice, but I didn’t stay because I had to pay for a whole new room after I couldn’t check in at 3 am; they told me I had to wait until 7 am, and when I asked if I could just check in, no one answered, so I had to leave and pay another $100 to find a place to sleep, couldn’t cancel my original room, and couldn’t get any refund, which made me mad.

I chose the place partly for the microwave and refrigerator that weren’t available (even though listed on my confirmation), the internet was unreliable, and I probably wouldn’t have booked if I’d known this before check‑in.

The bed could have been more comfortable.
