This time I was very disappointed with my stay. We returned after two years, but many things had changed – the hotel clearly needs renovation. The first time I booked a room for two people, it was really spacious and consisted of two separate rooms. This time I booked a room for three people, which turned out to be simply disappointing. It was unbelievably small for three people, and moreover, it was a Junior Suite. It’s hard to understand how a two‑person room could have two separate rooms while a three‑person room looked like a small cage. Another issue was the very poor drainage under the shower. No one had told us before that the drain was so ineffective. During a normal shower, with no excessive water usage, the water poured straight into the room. Judging by the swollen floor and boards nailed with nails, this isn’t the first time. Installing a small threshold by the shower would have solved the problem. But the most unpleasant part was the staff’s reaction. I reported the situation at reception and asked someone to come clean up and take the wet towels away. The receptionist handed me a garbage bag and asked if I really couldn’t clean it myself and bring the bag to reception. Really? We came to the hotel to rest, and instead of calmly having breakfast, we had to clean water out of the room. Unfortunately, this stay left a very bad impression. It’s a shame because two years ago we had a completely different experience.

The breakfast was excellent, with a very wide selection and the spreads were delicious. I also appreciated the huge bed and the comfortable mattress. I would have liked larger mugs for tea.

“Fajne i klimatyczne miejsce”

The location is great, just a short walk to Krupówki, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and mountain walks. The rooms are clean and well‑furnished. The breakfasts are tasty with local products, and the 24‑hour water supply and coffee machine are a super convenience.
