I rated it 9.0/10. Everything about the room was great, except the pillows were very soft.

everything is bad. It was incredibly noisy—the hotel is right on the road—and we were deeply disappointed. You can hear neighbors in every room! For me, it was absolute hell—a wretched place that ought to be ashamed of how it accommodates guests. Silence is a top priority for me; the fact that the room faced the road and the air conditioner roared like industrial machinery ruined the entire day. We were exhausted and felt trapped, having already paid $500 for the night by the time we realized the booking couldn't be cancelled—turning what should have been a wonderful day into a completely ruined experience

The location was excellent, the staff were wonderful, the facility was beautiful and they even offered a free breakfast, but everything else was fine.
