The spot is right in the middle of town, but the cleaning supplies—trash can, mop, rag—are all left in the room itself, which is a bit annoying.

The staff were friendly and even spoke German at times, the property looked nice, and it was off‑season so the town centre was close; however, the garage entrance is a tight squeeze, and when we arrived in early October the heating was legally prohibited in that part of Italy, something the hotel can’t control but should be flagged by the booking site.

The location is excellent, the hotel’s exterior looks appealing, and the staff were very friendly, but the rooms were cold, the property is a bit old, and the beds probably have some mites.
