It was super nice and the staff does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing to add.

The beautifully designed garden area with its natural‑material houses, each with its own bathroom, is very appealing and well kept. The site is slightly set back from the road, making it very quiet. Finding the entrance isn’t easy, but if you watch the sign, you can reach it via a field path without trouble. A minor drawback was that there was no English‑speaking staff at check‑in initially. This was more than compensated by the extraordinary friendliness of the staff and the help of a translation app. The manager was added to the call and communicated all information and extra requests excellently. Our wishes were fully met, and she also gave us a good recommendation and help with arranging further outings. I would stay there again anytime.

We booked last minute for a stay at Sajang Valley Estate and the team still accepted us, which we appreciated. The hut felt like a nature‑wrapped retreat, and the staff were kind, friendly and welcoming throughout. They even prepared breakfast early that morning for us before we headed out on a hike. It was a peaceful, authentic experience I’d recommend to anyone seeking tranquility.

Our bungalow is very nice with a mountain view, a super comfortable bed, hot water, and the owner is very friendly. The rock in the toilet is very cold to step on at night.

The view of Rinjani was gorgeous, the breakfast selection varied, and the shower had excellent hot water. The bungalow is all bamboo, so it can get quite cool at night with drafts, though the blanket that came with the room was fairly heavy. Earplugs were a must because every noise was audible, and for two consecutive nights we heard dogs barking and howling, which was especially unlucky.
