The property owner cancelled our Booking on the exact day when we were supposed to check in and messaged us that they are sold out. We tried reaching them by every means but yet it was ignored. We even reached their location to enquire, no staff was present in the lobby desk

The staff were polite and courteous, very welcoming and helpful, but the room wasn’t properly cleaned; cobwebs were found in the AC and false ceiling, the wall absorbed dampness and looked dilapidated with no maintenance, and the car had to be parked 200 mts away from the property, a detail only discovered upon arrival.

The location was close to Rock Beach and the French Quarter, and the rates were reasonable, yet the room was quite small and the Wi‑Fi was patchy.
