The staff were friendly and the food tasted good. However, for two days the only music played was Luis Miguel, the pool lighting was insufficient, and the bathroom doors were transparent, ruining privacy.

Breakfast was okay, with limited options (free breakfast). The location is good. There were no drawers or any storage for clothes.

The hotel was very pretty and the facilities were nice. The room was spacious, well lit, had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a good bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi area were great, both with hot water. It was a pleasure to be in that area. The à la carte breakfast was decent. The only downside was that when I tried to check out, no one was at the front desk; I searched the whole hotel for staff, waited over 10 minutes, and had to leave the keys in the room and go because a taxi was already waiting for me and I had a work event. I suggest having someone always available for these situations, especially in the morning when people check out.

The view was very nice and the garden was well maintained. It’s a pity that no laundry service is offered.
