The stay was awful; the app support was terrible and we couldn’t get anything sorted on our own.

The location is close to the city centre and keeps out the noise and bustle, and the bedding is good. But there’s a strong damp smell coming from the air‑conditioning, the room is dim and cramped, and there’s hardly any space to relax around the pool.

The place is amazing, just 7 minutes from the town centre, close to all restaurants yet quiet and private. Free water refills were a nice touch, and the staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a shame there was no safe or fridge in the room, though a community fridge was outside.

The staff are very kind and helpful, and the room is clean and comfy. The swimming pool is a bit small.
