“Awesome as always”

The pool was good. The only issue was the water quality.

“Okay stay for end of summer holiday.”

The hotel’s location worked well for our end‑of‑September trip: close enough to everything yet off the main street in Osoyoos. The room was spacious with a nice view of the pool and lake, and the air conditioning worked very well. It came with good bedding and excellent bath and beach towels. The restaurant manager was very pleasant when we had breakfast the first morning. The kitchen in our studio suite had everything we needed, but the paper‑towel rolls were the cheapest I’ve ever seen—just plain rolls with no serration and little absorption. The hallways and rooms lack any noise‑dampening materials, so there’s a lot of noise compared to other hotels we stay at. The window coverings are blinds and roller shutters that don’t absorb sound. Most resorts we stay at have quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; this resort’s quiet time starts at 11:00 p.m. When I mentioned the noise from the adjoining suite (we had interconnecting doors) to a young front‑desk attendant, she dismissed my concerns and muttered “very nice” as we left.

The hotel was brand new and tastefully decorated, situated near a charming sandy beach with stunning scenery—nothing to complain about.

Comfortable, secure, good location, restaurant, and pool. Nothing.
