Everything was spot‑on: the rooms were spotless, the food tasty, the staff friendly, and the beds super comfortable.

The breakfast was great, but there was no bacon with the scrambled eggs. The place was clean, spacious, and tidy.

The service and team were fantastic. Our Dependance room was huge, spotless, and had a massive balcony. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring fresh Merzger‑quality sausages, no pre‑packed items. I’d recommend this hotel to my parents any time.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, freundlich und nett. Liegt sehr zentral, nur paar Minuten Fußweg bis zur Mosel, einige nette Restaurants ebenso fussläufig erreichbar, so das man auch mal gemütlich Wein trinken kann, ohne aufs Auto angewiesen zu sein…. Der Andrang beim Frühstück und die lange Schlange vorm Kaffeeautomat. So kleine fertige Thermoskannen mit Kaffee finden wir besser. So muss man nicht ständig aufstehen, um sich eine neue Tasse Kaffee zu ziehen
