The location and staff professionalism were good, but the room smelled bad, the carpet was awful, the air conditioner didn’t work and was noisy, and the bathroom had a leaking toilet, bad odor, and water everywhere.

The magnetic card kept malfunctioning all the time; we had to go down several times to re‑magnetize it, only realizing the issue when we reached the room.

The location was great, but we were charged in advance even though we had chosen to pay at the hotel front desk when booking through the app. Around 11 pm the floor above us was noisy, with loud speakers, laughter, and objects falling to the floor.
