I booked through your site and there were no rooms available when I checked in, which was awful. The staff behaved very poorly.

The only thing I enjoyed was the location. It felt like the hotel only served casino patrons; my room was never cleaned, towels never changed, and water never refilled. When I told the front desk, they said I should have called for clean towels and water, but why should I call when the room should have been cleaned while I was out in Pokhara? They blamed “we were busy,” which is unacceptable for a paying guest. The staff were lame, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The shower head was being fixed as I walked into the room I paid for. Overall, the hotel is horrible, dirty, and the employees are rude, disrespectful, and clueless.
