We liked the location, which was easy to reach. The room was presentable and very comfortable, but the bathroom was split: the toilet and shower shared a room, and the sink was in the bedroom, built into a piece of furniture.

“Excelente ubicación y estancia muy agradable.”

The hotel sits in an excellent spot for exploring the city, just a step from the station and a quick, direct link to the airport. The room was immaculate and very clean. Overall everything went smoothly, making it a highly recommendable choice for a good travel experience. The only thing to note is that there was never anyone at reception, but that didn’t affect our stay at all.

The room was big and well‑located, but the décor felt a bit dated and the bathroom, though clean, showed clear mold on the walls. The reception desk was never staffed.

“No lo recomiendo”

We appreciated that the hotel let us leave our luggage free of charge until our flight time. However, when we arrived there was no one to open the door, and the check‑in required a complicated online process. The narrow stairwell was difficult to navigate with a baby, and the room keys were left on the door with no security. The booking listed three triple rooms, yet we were given doubles. The pillows were uncomfortable, and there were countless mosquitoes in the rooms, with blood stains on the walls from previous guests. Our shower was clogged and the water wouldn’t run. To top it off, at 9 a.m. a man called to remind us to check out.
