The hotel staff were welcoming and efficient. The main bathroom lamp was flickering.

The location was close to the destination, the room was spacious, and the high‑floor view was nice. 1. I booked through Booking, thinking I was staying at Hotel Bourbon, but it was actually a private Airbnb. 2. The bathroom had a dirty/encrusted shower box, the mirror lamp was flickering, and there was a dirty jar on the sink. 3. The blackout curtains were smaller than the window and didn’t close fully. 4. The bed linens were dark and had metal clips on the pillowcases. 5. There was only one soap and three worn towels for three days, with no replacement. 6. Breakfast was not included in the price. Other guests stayed at the same hotel, at the same price, with breakfast included and better cleanliness because they booked directly with Hotel Bourbon; they had a good experience and were satisfied.

The facilities are good, as is the location. Missing a microwave for a snack or coffee.
