मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The night staff were rude and unhelpful. The cleanliness was awful, a dirty towel was hanging behind the bathroom door, and someone’s food was found at the bottom of the window. We reported it to reception, but it was still there when we left.

The staff were wonderful, the place looked very good, clean, and the room was nice. The only issue was that the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty.

The pool, games room, and the room itself were all great.

Leaving. The hotel was full and nothing matched the online pictures; the carpets were dirty with holes taped over, the beds were uncomfortable, the room felt filthy, and the toilet was terrible—black, stained, with a big crack and sharp edges on the bath panel trim.
