Self‑check‑in was easy, the bed was very comfy, and the rooms were well equipped. The location was convenient for many activities around Brecon Beacons, and the hosts gave lots of useful suggestions.

The blue room was beautifully decorated, very clean, with a comfy bed. They added a nice touch of Welsh cakes and plenty of tea and coffee, plus milk in the mini fridge. The walk to the town centre is a bit hilly if you can’t handle hills, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The room offered a lovely view and the lighting created a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi in the room would restart every 5 minutes, whereas the Wi‑Fi downstairs worked fine.

Parking on the premises and a selection of cakes left in the rooms made the property feel genuinely charming. The studio on the upper floor had a shower with weak pressure and lukewarm water, and the front door was stiff.
