The place is located in a fantastic spot, tucked away on a quiet street yet close to busier areas with great restaurants and cafés. The beds and facilities are very comfortable, and there’s a downstairs café for snacks and drinks when needed. The window insulation could have been better, as we could hear the busy street noise quite clearly from that direction.

The place is well‑located, but my room faced the noisy Gands Boulevard and there were construction works close by.

The property is quiet and peaceful, and within walking distance you can reach good, aesthetic restaurants for breakfast and even matcha drinks; there's also a classic coffee shop on site. The water pressure was a bit slow.
