“The hotel was adequate, the room was comfortable, but all hotels have a business office for clients.”

Breakfast was good, but there was no business room with a computer and printer, so I had to print my boarding passes at the hotel, and the wall thermostat didn’t work.

Overall a fantastic hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, and the service was top-notch

The location relative to Sequoia was great, the hotel was nice and clean, the room was spacious and beautiful, the beds were excellent, and the breakfast was good. Communication about the bill was a bit slow; an extra charge was debited from my credit card without a reservation, I was emailed three times with no reply, but eventually the hotel refunded my money, so it was resolved. I would have appreciated a quicker response. No other negatives about the hotel itself; it was a great stay.
