“I booked this hotel room for 3200, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not”

Staying here was a letdown, especially for 3200. The room was unclean, with a pretty bad smell that made it hard to relax. The photos online were way off - what I got was not what I expected. To add insult to injury, the staff wasn't willing to work with me on a refund, which just added to the frustration. Overall, it felt like they didn't really care about the customer experience.

There was no way to get some fresh air, and the cleanliness was pretty bad. That's my take.

The location is super convenient, but honestly, I'm a bit worried about the state of the place - it feels like cleanliness and safety aren't a top priority. I've seen some pretty dodgy stuff in my time, but this place takes the cake. The neighborhood's great, but that's about it. Overall, it's a trade-off between being in a good spot and feeling like you're taking a risk by staying here.

“Well maintained”

The room was spotless and looked well taken care of, which was a nice surprise. However, I was a bit miffed that there was no handwash available - seems like a basic thing to provide, right? Still, the room itself was nice, so that's something.
