Suite Aria d'Arte 2

“Ubicación inmejorable, limpieza mucho que mejorar.”

The accommodation is in an unbeatable spot; just step off the airport, hop on the tram, and you’re at the apartment door, and the Duomo is right nearby so you can walk around the whole center. The cleaning was average, with stained walls and a dust‑filled ventilation grille.

I had great contact not only by phone but also via WhatsApp. The room was pleasant, clean, with a very comfortable bed and a coffee machine! Everything I needed was there, and the location was fantastic. The self‑opening front doors were a bit risky because anyone passing by could get in before they shut behind the guest. Om

“A great apartment and fantastic location.”

The place sat right across from the main station. The en‑suite room had all the usual hotel perks—TV, key safe, fridge, air conditioning, coffee pod machine, and a comfy bed. Even in this busy area, the room was super quiet thanks to double steel doors, so it felt safe and secure. It was very clean and in great condition. The lift took you to the third floor. The location was perfect for the tram to the airport and main station, and short walks led to museums and other sights. I’d recommend this apartment. Communication via WhatsApp for the exact location and entry was smooth.

I loved the location, but when we reached the room we noticed a water leak from the ceiling and the bed had earplugs left on it. I immediately messaged the woman via WhatsApp—she was the one who had sent me the house entry details—she said she knew nothing. We practically slept through the whole night. In the morning she said a technician would come and we should leave the keys, even though we had all our stuff inside. During the day nothing happened; I asked in the afternoon and she didn’t reply. At night the noise and problem persisted. I called several times but she didn’t pick up. Another sleepless night. The next morning, when we were leaving, she finally answered. It’s embarrassing that you pay for two nights to rest and can’t even sleep. At least try to solve it. They keep renting knowing the issue exists, basically stealing. They’re hiding it to keep charging, then apologizing later. I’ll file a complaint because they refuse any compensation.

The only thing you need to do is walk past one street to reach the train and the red T2 tram to the airport, and you’re there in 20 minutes; they also advise you by message on how to enter the room, it has a fridge, heater and is spacious.
