The location was fantastic. The room had no windows, and I had explicitly requested one because I suffer from claustrophobia; I was told that Booking assigns the rooms. The bathroom was truly disappointing: the bidet was so close to the toilet that it was unusable.

The location was so good and everything was within walking distance! The staff were lovely, super helpful, and clear with instructions, and the room was perfect. We chose the balcony room because we weren’t sure about windows in the others, and it offered a view down to the Spanish Steps! Lovely, would recommend. Everything was perfect!

The only thing that’s missing is a window and more natural light so I can do my makeup; otherwise everything is perfect and very nice, just the lack of a window.
