Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

The staff were excellent—very professional yet warm and friendly. We stayed at Hotel X for only one week, which is too short to truly experience all that this outstanding hotel has to offer.

“Bel établissement”

The gym is amazing. Some staff members didn’t bother to explain things properly. Breakfast was included, but no one mentioned that sparkling water was extra, which I’ve never encountered at a five‑star property. We had breakfast for two adults and two children, but they gave us the cards for three adults and one child, and the price was adjusted accordingly. If I hadn’t asked, the overcharge would have applied for the entire stay.

“Professional and friendly service.”

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. We had a health-related issue just before our arrival; the people on duty were very attentive to our needs and arranged for complimentary private transport to a medical center. As for the facilities and amenities, we were fully satisfied. The bed was the most comfortable that I ever slept in. The room was cleaned and restocked on a regular basis. We were very impressed by the restaurants and rooftop pool. We highly recommend Hotel X for the quality of the accommodation, but moreover, for the professionalism of those who work there

Great accommodations, staff were very pleasant and comfortable rooms. Elevators had a queue when it was busy.
