The staff were great, cleanliness was excellent, and the location was great; I liked the option to purchase umbrellas, something other places should offer, but the room was too expensive for its size and the TV was poor quality, and breakfast was just average.

The location is amazing and the lobby staff are super professional and answer all our questions, but the breakfast could use a more substantial, savory selection—simple items like regular bread, cheese, and coffee would be nice, and having coffee available for a longer period in the morning would be especially helpful since there is no coffee machine in the room.

The place was very tidy and clean, the bed was soft and good, there was free water every day, good Wi‑Fi, and breakfast was included (though very simple), and the location was good; however, there were no shelves, benches, or surfaces in the bathroom, so I had to keep the toilet paper and makeup bags on the floor, the lighting in the room was poor with only one nightstand, we didn’t know we had booked a handicap room—this was poorly communicated, and the automatic door opened wide every day, exposing the whole room.

A very good place to stay in NYC for sightseeing; it’s a bit pricey, but compared to other NYC hotels the rates are reasonable, though the room lacked daylight because the window faced another building, which is common in NYC.
