There's nothing good to say about this place. It's just a disaster from start to finish.

The breakfast was decent, but sometimes they ran out of cups. The hotel's central location is a plus, but unfortunately, it's also super loud. The real problem, though, is the communication between management and staff - it's non-existent. I had to ask multiple times for toilet paper, and even then, it took ages to get it. To make matters worse, I was given the wrong room at first, and then had to move to a new one after I'd already settled in.

We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location and friendly staff. The views from our room were stunning, and we felt right at home. However, there were a few issues - the fridge didn't work at all, and the ladies serving breakfast could have been more attentive, refilling dishes without needing to be asked.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a letdown. The cleanliness was lacking, and it really showed. The location was nice, but that wasn't enough to make up for the state of the place.
